Alzheimers and Dementia Care
Increased understanding of these conditions has confirmed that quality of life is improved by good care at home. This means regular routines, familiar surroundings, and dependable support from our Home Carers. A good diet, appropriate exercise and mental stimulation have all been shown to be beneficial.
Our Occupational Therapist can recommend adaptations in the home to make it safe for clients. We can access local services to support clients’ families, and adapt care plans as required.
Above all we aim to provide the best possible care for our clients whilst meeting their own agreed needs.
Care packages will always vary between clients, are person centred, but the high quality of our delivery remains consistent. It is only right that everyone has the opportunity to receive the best of care when they need it most.
